These last six months have flown by, but I wouldn't trade them for anything. This past month has been a huge month for milestones!
After lots of encouragement, the lazy butt finally decided he wanted to roll over! We've been trying to get him to do this for quite some time now, but every time we put him on his belly, he decided he would get comfortable and go to sleep.
But one day he was lying on his back like normal and started rolling side to side, trying to roll over.
Then he took his jungle gym down with him.
And every time he would get close to rolling over, we'd start yelling with excitement and the noise would scare him right back to where he started.
But with perseverance.. He did it!
Now he rolls all the time and he has also learned to sit up on his own!
With great posture, I might add
He loves sitting in his high chair (thanks again to Amber and Kris!!)
He was in awe the first time he sat in it
"This is mine???"
And he holds his own sippy cup
He enjoys watching us eat.. literally follows every bite we take go into our mouths.
Loves to look at himself in mirrors
Had his first carousel ride
Loves to bang notes on the piano
Loves to go read books outside
And examine every detail of the book
His hair has grown in a lot on the top, slacking a bit in the back from where he always lays down, but he's got a pretty sweet rat tail going on that I'll try to braid when it gets long enough (HA)
He loved getting to see some of his favorite aunts this past weekend
Some of my favorite people
Although he is more rambunctious than ever before, he is still that same sweet and happy baby.
Happy Six Months, Noah!!
Thank you again to all of you for your continuous love and support. We are so grateful to have met people like you.
Love always,
Lauren and Noah
