"A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for."
Everyone told me that the first couple of nights at home would be difficult. They were right. It was hard to adjust to waking up every three hours, but with the help of my gracious mom, I think we finally have a good routine.
This week we had our first check up at the Pediatrician's office and everything checked out to be normal. His umbilical cord finally fell off so it was time for his first bath! We have been waiting for the cute pictures of his first bath since the pregnancy, so here are the pictures from his first real bath.
Not sure how he feels about the water...
He made this face a lot, but never cried!
Getting bathed by his Gammy
Drying off
His first bath was a success.
We have had plenty of visitors this week, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for more! Auntie Brooke finally had some time off of work come to see him!
and his Auntie Alicia came to see him as well.
His Gammy decided she wanted to take a photo shoot of him yesterday.
I'm really curious as to what he was thinking in this one.
Clean and fuzzy hair
Come see us!
Love always,
Lauren and Noah
