Happy One Month Birthday!

It feels just like yesterday that I was headed to the hospital to have him. I can't believe it's already been a month since he was born.

So much love for this little man.

Happy Fall, Y'all!

Noah's first holiday was this Halloween. Through the past four weeks, I've been brainstorming on what to dress him up as for his first Halloween. I wanted it to be good. We went to the stores to look at all of their costumes, but they all were too big for a brand new baby and they just didn't seem good enough. Gammy bought a skeleton onesie that was cute and we decided he would just be a skeleton for this Halloween. October 31st came around and I still wasn't satisfied with just a skeleton, so that day I came across this idea.

Dr. Evil and Mini Me

His puckered lips make the picture, I think. I had just taken out the pacifier in this picture.

For those of you who don't know who Dr. Evil and Mini Me are, they are from the Austin Powers movies and this is what they really look like.

I could have used a balding cap as the finishing touch, but for a last minute costume, I was pleased with this. We did get accepted for a costume contest and if you want to vote for us, all you have to do is give us five stars by clicking on the fifth star above our picture at this website http://www.costume-works.com/dr_evil_and_mini_me.html

We made a ton of goodie bags for trick or treaters, but the weather was so bad that we only had about six kids come to our door. Noah was exhausted from the eventful holiday that he slept the whole evening... imagine that.

This week, his great grandmother is here to visit!! A whole week with this sweet lady and I couldn't be more thrilled. Already so much love and she just got here.

Everything has been going great and he is such a well behaved baby. He loves to cuddle, kick, and pull my hair... and it's only been a month. I look forward to every day that I have with him and I already can't imagine life without him.

Peace and blessings,
Lauren and Noah
